The blankie maker

Becca lives in Stevens Point, Wisconsin with her husband and their two dogs, Happy & Bear. They have two grown children that they try to see as much as possible, but in the meantime, Becca blankets (and owns a graphic design business.)

Becca’s Blankies was born from a simple belief: comfort is a gift we all deserve. What started as two handmade blankets for friends who needed a little extra warmth has grown into a cozy, joy-filled business built on connection, creativity, and care.

Every blanket and cozy pet bed is crafted by hand in Wisconsin, where Whether it’s a snuggly throw for your home, a comforting gift during a difficult moment, or a cat cave for a kitten who needs some alone time, each creation carries intention stitched into every loop.

Becca’s Blankies isn’t just about handmade goods. It’s about the stories they become part of—the celebrations, the quiet nights, the healing moments, and the memories that linger long after the yarn settles.

Warmth you can feel. Comfort you can keep. That’s the heart of becca’s blankies.

The story of becca's blankies

The story of becca’s blankies

A few of our dear friends were undergoing major surgeries, and due to strict hospital protocols, we couldn’t send anything that might carry germs. Imagining how sterile and lonely that environment must feel, and I wanted to offer them something soft to hold onto—something that wrapped them in a sense of comfort and love. That’s when becca’s blankies came to life. When the nurses and hospital staff saw those blankies, they started asking where they came from—because they wanted one too. That’s when I knew: in hard moments, happy moments, and all the quiet ones in between… everyone needs a little cozy.
